Age and eligibility

All treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over only, in line with UK law. Proof of age may be requested.

Consultation, consent and suitability

A face-to-face consultation and medical history check is carried out before every treatment. Suitability, risks and possible side effects are discussed with you at that appointment.

Written informed consent is taken before treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, where expectations are not achievable, or where consent cannot properly be given. Declining treatment in these circumstances is a matter of client safety.

Results and information

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. All treatments carry risks and possible side effects, which are discussed with you before you consent. Information on this website is general guidance only and is not medical advice or a substitute for a face-to-face consultation.

Prices and payment

All prices shown are 'from' prices. Your treatment plan and final cost are confirmed at your consultation. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Deposits are covered by our cancellation and deposit policy.

Aftercare and reviews

Written aftercare is provided and should be followed. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns after treatment so you can be reviewed.

Complaints

Complaints procedure: if you are unhappy with any part of your care, please contact Lena directly by phone or email. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and a full written response is provided within 20 working days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
