For practitioners
Mentoring for Aesthetic Practitioners
Support and reassurance for newly qualified and advanced practitioners alike.
There is no substitute for experience
The Lena Mac mentoring programme exists to support practitioners at every stage of their aesthetics career, from those who have just completed their training to experienced professionals looking to refine advanced techniques.
Training courses teach the theory and the method. Mentoring gives you the reassurance of applying it in a real clinic, with an experienced practitioner alongside you. The programme is designed to build on what you have already learned with other training providers, not replace it.
Good to know
There is no charge for this mentoring. It is offered to practitioners who need guidance and support as they find their way in the industry, not as a paid course.
Mentoring is not a training course. Lena does not provide certification or accreditation of any kind - your qualifications come from your training provider. The aim here is to support and build on what you have already learned.
What to expect
You will spend a full day in clinic with Lena, observing current and advanced techniques carried out on clients in a live environment. You will see how consultations are run, how treatments are planned and delivered, and how aftercare is handled.
Alongside observation, you will receive support with your own newly learned techniques and honest, practical guidance on where to develop next. The aim is simple: to give you the confidence to practise on your own or within a clinic.
Who it is for
Mentoring is offered one to one, so the day is shaped around you. Whether you have limited experience with injectables or are already working at an advanced level, the focus is on your career and your professional development within the aesthetics industry.
Why mentor with Lena Mac?
Lena has worked in cosmetology for over 30 years and is passionate about facial aesthetics and about helping others build a career in it. A good mentor combines knowledge with a genuine interest in the person in front of them, and that is the approach taken here.
Mentoring is a two-way process. Every practitioner brings something different, and we can all learn from each other.
