Parking and access
The clinic is located at 26 Beeches Walk, Sutton Coldfield, just a short walk from Sutton Coldfield town centre and the train station.
Free on-street parking is usually available nearby.
If you have any access requirements, please let Lena know in advance so suitable arrangements can be made for your visit.
A face-to-face consultation and medical history check is carried out before every treatment. Suitability, risks and possible side effects are discussed with you at that appointment.
All treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over only, in line with UK law.
Complaints procedure: if you are unhappy with any part of your care, please contact Lena directly by phone or email. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and a full written response is provided within 20 working days.
